Where does EW7 get the information required for this?
I have a folder of saved schedules since 1 Jan 2026 and I'd like to produce a report of which songs we've used in that period (up to 9 Aug, as I'm using a backup copy). See the attached pic for files and file path.
I have run Print Song Activity Report and it produced a list of just four songs, which tells me that the report generator certainly doesn't check the schedules.
So how does EW know which songs (not necessarily videos) our church has used for the first half of the year?
