This means you are in duplicate mode in Windows, and you need to be in extended. With EasyWorship closed Hold down the Windows key and then press the letter P one time and select Extend from the four options on the right-hand side of the screen. Then open EW.

Hi, we have been using the program for several months, Bethlehem Community Church, and it will no longer allow me to display correcty. Instead of the Go Live information, the entire pc screen is displayed.
