Hi. We're running EW7.4.1.9 and since a recent re-install of the laptop that runs it, our video backgrounds have started to stutter at the loop point.

The videos are the same (pre-re-install of windows 10), so there are no other changes in that regard, but at the loop point there is now a noticeable stutter. 

I presume this is a codec issue? But how do I track down what one I'm missing and where does it need to be stored?
