If your computer is not connected to the internet (offline) then you will not be able to download any media. You have to be connected to the internet and logged in with the correct email address and password in order to access the Premium media.

Why can I not get my premium media when I log into my account online. I'm trying to download from my offline computer. When I click on the premium options it tells me that I have to subscribe. The account is active.
