Do you have EW set to use the RTX graphics over the Radeon?
Go to display settings and then to Graphics. Add EasyWorship.exe file and set it to use the high performance card and see if that works.

I have built a new computer and we installed the latest version of EW 7.4.1.9. the memory, cpu and video card are all more than adequate. The MP4 files play on media player but will not in EW7.
