To print a complete LIST of the songs in your database go to File - Reports and Printing - Song List. Save that list as text or print as a PDF file.

To get the lyrics will take a bit more work. Create a schedule with songs. Depending on how many you have in your database you'll more than likely need to only a portion of them at a time. Now go to File - Reports and Printing - Print Schedule Report (Details). You can then save that as a text file or print to PDF.
