Hi,

I have an i7 (11th gen) 32Gb Memory RTX2600 with 6Gb system

Wndows 11 latest builds.

All drviers up to date.

With just projector plugged in via HDMI verse to verse transition is very laggy (2-3 seconds).

I've reduced all transitions times in app and optimised EW in Windows setting to use RTX video card.

Anything else I can do ? Makes timing the verse change pretty hard !

I would uninstall EW ( this will not harm your data or media) then reinstall a fresh copy and see if you have the problem.
