im not able to install software in my pc and i already paid the yearly premium suscription. how can i get my refund and cancel?

Hi I also have a similar problem and can't access my account through my pc. I have a yearly subscription and i want to continue but my subscription has been expired and I need to pay $50 before i can continue. Is there any way i can get help for this problem?
