i already have an old easy worship and acc but the person who started it in no longer around for us to give us the infor so we can do it on are own is there anyway that you can tell me what i need to do 

   You can send an email or call or chat with their support dept. and they should be able to take care of that up for you. This isn't something that they can handle in an open forum like this as they would need some personal information to verify the account.

In the future I recommend that at least two people in the Church have access that information.
