If you're using Alt out, any foreground elements that are added to the main output will not show up on the Alt out unless it's part of the alt out theme.
You can set the option to show foreground elements on the Alt out by editing an ini file.

When I build a slide from the presentation, not all of what I add in on the outgoing feed, it shows on in house screens but not the out going feed.
(adding our logo or a welcome) this will not show, and if it does show up its not positioned on the presentation correctly.
