Having trouble that easyworship won't play any audio, this includes, MP3, MP4 or any media with Audio.
Audio plays on other devices such as default Windows Player.

Would like some help troubleshooting this issue

The most obvious thing to check is that you don't have the Audio Muted or turned way down on the Easy Worship Media Player. Look at the lower right just below the large black screen in the video to see where the controls are. There isn't any audio in the file, just video.
