My son was having problems playing videos through Easy Worship and couldn't figure out why when they played perfectly fine before he installed the update.  I tried troubleshooting with him, but I couldn't figure it out either.  I played the videos on my laptop through Easy Worship, and they played just fine.  Then, I checked for updates on MY laptop and saw I needed to update to 7.4.1.9.  Now, videos will not play on my Easy Worship either.  Please help.  We are handling things for service tonight, but we need this fixed before Sunday.  

Try uninstalling 7.4.1.9 and reinstall whatever release you were running previously. While I'm not ES Support, I can't understand any reason why 7.4.1.9 won't play videos that previous versions could play, in fact I've found the exact opposite to be the case. 

Hopefully actual EW Support will chime in on this.
