Did a Microsoft update break this? Did CCLI break this? More importantly, how to I fix the CCLI lyrics import?

Both CCLI and Microsoft had a hand in this. Older releases of EW used Internet Explorer to access the web with no way for the user to change this. When Microsoft stopped supporting IE and eventually deprecated it altogether, CCLI (and a lot of other major websites) updated their website such that IE would no longer be able to function on it. Because support for EW6 ended years ago (not sure of the exact date, but it was at least 3 years ago) EW did not patch it or any other release of EW to work directly with CCLI. They only updated EW to integrate with CCLI. That means that the only way to access CCLI/SongSelect from within EW is to upgrade to the later releases of EW7.
The other option is to use your regular browser ( Firefox, Chrome, Chromium, Vivaldi, Brave, Edge Chromium, are several good options) to go to Song Select and manually copy and paste the songs into EW. The same for the Media Store.
