Change presentations from portrait to landscape

You can edit the presentation and open Inspector and change the aspect ratio under the Presentation menu.
By default, EW will display the presentations at the same aspect ratio of your output screen.

Does anyone know how to change presentations from portrait mode to landscape? It seems to be the default in the easyworship we run and I can't figure out how to change it on one slide let alone in the default mode.
