Auto reporting to CCLI
In EW click on the SONG SELECT under the ONLINE area and then right click on a song and select INTEGRATION SETTINGS and then ENABLE.
so once we plug-in the CCLI auto reporting, do we need to rebuild our song library to make sure they all have CCLI numbers?
What kind of order are the CCLI songs, it's not alphabetical from what I can tell. Do we have to literally scroll through all the songs on the list to get to the songs we need?
For EW to be able to auto-report the songs you use, they will need to have the CCLI ID (song number) in the Info field under Inspector. If you import from SongSelect into EW, that is automatically added when the song is imported.
When you go to SongSelect in the Songs tab in EW, it will show the top 100 songs in that list. If you want to search for the song you want, you can click in the search field and type in the song name.
OK, so it looks like this instruction if for an individual song. We have a couple hundred songs in the database. Please tell me there is a way to bulk add your entire library? Do we have to add new songs individually as we add them to the database? It seems like this should be an account-wide, turn on or turn off feature?
Media Team, It is an account-wide feature. The option is available by right-clicking on any song under SongSelect to get the menu for Integrations.
So then, if we have about 75 different songs that we sing on a regular rotation, we have to right click on each of the 75 songs to auto-report? It would seem more logical to have a TRUE account-wide feature that would report the songs loaded into a schedule.
No. Once you turn it on, it's on for all songs. You don't need to right-click on each song. When you install the software or upgrade from a previous version, it prompts you to turn on auto reporting. If you skipped past that and didn't enable it, then you will need to turn it on manually by right-clicking any song under SongSelect and go to integrations and enable auto-reporting. This single action turns it on for all songs, not just that single song.
PTL! Thank you for the clarification! I thought SURELY it was this way! It just wasn't clear in the original post that it was database-wide. Thanks so much for the explaination!
Where are you looking to see what's been reported?
If you're looking on the CCLI website at the reporting history, on the left, you will need to click on 'Songs' under Auto-reporting. It should show all the auto reported songs there.
If you don't see any songs listed, make sure it's enabled in EW. Right click on any song in SongSelect under the Songs tab in EW and go to Integration Settings.
How long should do we need to store schedules in order to auto report to CCLI?
