Cannot download songs from CCLI
EW is coded to use Internet Explorer and there is no way for the user to change that. EW is working on an updated release of EW7 that corrects this issue. They have a BETA release of EW7.4 that one can use while they are working on it, but beware that it is a BETA and not as stable as a final release. You can find that at the link below. And before you ask, there is no timeline for when the final release will be finished and made available.
If you click on the link that says I Understand it will take you to SongSelect and allow you to use it. I just checked it a few minutes ago and it worked just fine.
Otherwise you can go to SongSelect in a stand alone browser (essentially any other browser than Internet Explorer will work for this) and do a copy and paste from SS to EW.

And if Song Select doesn't display properly download and run the appropriate IEFix utility from the below link. The one labeled with Windows 10 is for Win 10. The other one is for Windows 8.1, 8, or 7. That should correct the way SS displays.

HELP!
I am a brand new user. I have been trying for 2 hours to download my first song into Easy Worship from CCLI. Every time I do I get this message:
"You are using an unsupported web browser. Please choose a new one, if you continue with your existing browser, our website may not function as intended."
I have downloaded new versions of both Chrome and MS Edge, used different computers, started and restarted my computer, but the message persists. When I choose "Go ahead anyway" sure enough, the CCLI website does not display properly and is unusable.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the problem seems to be that the Easy Worship Installation and Help menus are based on Internet Explorer software.
Is there a work around for this?
