Quit working on my computer when i upgraded it. now it will not open and keeps throwing this message out. "the program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-sting-11-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling. Which i have tired twice. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME THANK YOU!

 Try installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019. That seems to be a common fix for that issue.
