songs and scriptures display fine but when i import powerpoint file it only diaplays black screen

We need some more information. What version of EW are you running? What version of PPT is installed on the computer? What version of windows are you running? Are you sending the output through your video card with a cable or through NDI? What video card is installed in the computer?

I am having the same problem. My songs and Scriptures display nicely, but the imported PPTX files display as being extremely large.

I’m using Microsoft 365 and a recent version of Easy Worship 7. 

Can you please help?
