Video freezing when playing

The most common cause of that is a computer, especially one that has integrated or low end graphics that do not meet at least the Recommended System Requirements as outlined in the following support document.

@Lyssalawane, I would recommend contacting support directly to get quicker service. You can go to www.easyworship.com/book to schedule a callback from a technician that can remote into your computer to take a look at it with you.

Hello can somebody help me? I'm using HP pc for using EasyWorship and my Windows is the latest version Win 11 and I just purchase also the latest version of EW build 7.3 then when I playing the video it keep freezing.
please someone help me, my sunday school christmas celebration is on des 10 I need to fix this problem sooner.
