Correction - it is all videos that display - 2/3 screen.
What video resolution is the WD620 set to and what is the resolution of the TV?
Are they connected to the same source via a splitter or separately?
Is this happening on ALL screens?
What resolution are the Videos?
What GeForce GTX card?
I experienced this always.
As per my previous reply. Please answer ALL of the questions I asked in it so we have some idea where to start diagnosing this.

When we convert recordings to MP4 video - they do not appear full screen on our projection screen. They are centered and display about 2/3 of the screen centered. Is there any way to make them full screen? We usually use WinX to convert.
MP4 videos that we download and display are full screen.
