Close EasyWorship and all other programs and run this fix file for Internet Explorer and then restart EW and see if that fixes it.

I can't login to my CCLI profile on songselect.. The password bar is missing.. Below is a snapshot

You need to be more specific. Remember we aren't there to see what happens on your screen which makes it difficult to diagnose what your issue is. Start by what version and build of EW and what version of Windows. After that describe exactly what is happening when you try to login. Any screenshots would be helpful.
