CANNOT GET AN ACCESS CODE TO COMBINE CCLI AND EASY WORSHIP
First, please fix your keyboard. Typing in all caps like that is rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. It's considered the same as standing 6 inches from someone and yelling into their ear at the top of your voice. In many forums and user groups it will get you banned permanently.
That said, due to privacy and security concerns you would need to either call EW by telephone (+1-918-250-1493) or go to the support page (link below) and open a Support Ticket. They will only be able to provide your registration information to EW as long as you have the proper identification.

You will need to contact CCLI for your license and/or registration information for CCLI/SongSelect. EW has absolutely nothing to do with that.
