I loaded the transfer tool onto my current computer, selected "export profile from EZ worship", selected the correct profile, hit "next", then nothing happens.

You have to set the destination location. That can be directly to the new computer if it is connected to the same network and both computers can see each other, or to a usb drive that you move to the new computer and run the tool again to transfer the profile from the flash drive to the new computer.
