about two weeks ago our Easyworship stopped importing PowerPoint files. There is a Black square in the assets area but the thumbnail that would normally appear does not and the presentation cannot be used. I have fried deleting presentations that previously imported OK and tried importing them again but they will not. 

I have tried the repair suggestion on MS Office but this has not resolved the issue.

What version and build of Windows? What version and build of Office? What version and build of EW?

My guess is that a recent update to Windows or Office is causing the issue, but I can't be 100% certain. It's possible that EW Support Personnel might have some other ideas.
