I had this same problem, (just installed on a new PC over last week) but I found you can download them from this page and then click that "Install bibles from disk" and that worked for me.

I installed EW7 on my desktop PC, logged in on my organization and I want to add the NBV bijble we purchased. When in Scriptures i click 'More Available' it said 'Unable to connect to server':
