We use different machines to create and present many schedules. It would be nice to be able to extract and save a background from a schedule item that is available on the machine used to create the schedule, but is not available in the resource library on the machine used to present the schedule.
The presentation machine has a number of "order of worship" presentation slides that are inserted into the schedule created by the pastor to enhance the schedule. At the moment we have not found a way to utilize a background provided by the pastor on items inserted into the schedule prior to presentation.
