I am sorry that you were not able to get hold of anyone.
You can create a new profile at the top under profiles and give it a new name and then put the data into that profile.

I have exported data from a users computer onto a flashdrive. I want to import the data onto our computer but I DO NOT WANT IT TO ERASE OR OVERIDE WHAT WE ALL READY HAVE. I tried to call to get this one simple question answered so I can continue my process and no one answered. I so dislike email support! It makes a 2 min job into a days work.
