My name is Teresa Bearden with Cornerstone Worship Center. We purchased EasyWorship, but apparently the subscription has

run out.  I though it renewed automatically.

When I try to access our account, it is not coming up.

I receive the following error message:

INVALID LOGIN

I tried to update my password, but that doesn't work either.

Please advise.

You should go to the Support Home page and submit a ticket about this. This is not something that EW normally takes care of in the forums for security and privacy reasons.
