Re-inviting a member

I invited my wife to be a member of our church group, on her laptop. There were some problems (unconnected with EasyWorship) and then I found she could only use the free demo version. Then It wouldn't recognise her password so I tried deleting her as a member and re-inviting. Again it wouldn't recognise her password, so I tried to reset it and it still wouldn't recognise her and told me to contact Support---which I can't locate.

Any suggestions as to what I can do now?
