We updated version 7 build 7.2.2.0.

After the update, the videos started to crash constantly.

Is it possible to go back to the previous version?

Yes. Go to the Downloads section of this site, click on the EW 7 link, then scroll to the bottom of that page to get to the link for 7.1.4.2. Install that and you should be back in business.

I recommend backing up your profile before you do that just in case.
