anyone to add custom hotkeys to control stuff like clearing text are fading to black

Not sure what you're asking here. If you're asking if EW has hotkeys, then yes it does. HERE is a list of all the hotkeys available in EW.

Yes I know that EW has hotkeys I am wondering if it is possible to add custom hotkeys

You can edit most of the hotkeys and change them to what you want. Here is an article about using a Presenter Remote that will walk you through editing the hotkeys manually.

Ok thanks so their is no support for keys f13-f24?

Most standard keyboards only have 12 function keys, but if you have a special keyboard that has 24, if you know the ASCII number for those keys, you can use them.
