According to the PowerPoint Troubleshooting information below, you have com objects installed for Office 2013 32 and 64 bit. This means that at some point you've had both a 64 and 32 bit version of office 2013 installed. Please try uninstalling office using the https://support.office.com/en-us/article/uninstall-office-from-a-pc-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5dbf61d8]office uninstaller, then reinstall the version you wish to use. 32 bit is the best bet unless you are using 4 gigabyte or larger files.

It looks like it's finding PowerPoint 2013 and PowerPoint 2010 viewer.
When you load a PowerPoint, and go live, check task manager and see which one shows up.

We're having the problem of showing PowerPoint in EW7
In our church, we are using loop PowerPoint. So when we used EW2009, we downloaded and installed Security Update for Microsoft Office in order to make PowerPoint be able to loop.
Now, we're starting to use EW7, but cannot upload PowerPoint.
We tried to delete the file .exe of Security Update (above) and now can upload, but the remain problem is that Live Output is still black even PowerPoint is still running through slides.
Can you help me to fix this problem?
