"save" the "Notes" that we enter to go along with adding a song to a Presentation Schedule list? Can we make the notes permanent - or at least saveable for future use?

Is there any way to "save" the "Notes" that we enter to go along with adding a song to a Presentation Schedule list?  Can we make the notes permanent  - or at least saveable for future use?


Our song services are often fluid (don't always follow the exact ordered format).

Often the leader picks 10-15 songs that they may want to choose from to use during the course of a longer evening service  or  during an all-worship service.

Because the song leader is following the "leading of the Spirit", he/or she may move in to their next song beginning at the chorus (or beginning with the verse, which doesn't have the same words as the song title.)  To help the person running the media station to find the correct song more quickly, I often put in to the "Notes" part of the song title the first words of the Verse or the first words of the Chorus.  

It would be extremely helpful if I didn't have to re-create (re-enter) this information every time the same song is used.


Is there a "patch" that you have created that that would allow either of these features to function in our current version of Easy Worship 6?

or Have these issues been addressed in the newer version of Easy Worship?


  If there is a way to "solve" these issues, it would be quite helpful and make use of your presentation software much more "user-friendly".
