How would you like this feature to work?

I've been trying to find my way around this but no headway.

Is there a way to have different message alerts templates where some show up at the top/bottom, scrolling/static such that they appear in the desired display method when triggered... without having to go to the options menu to make global changes every time.

Why is this feature important to you?

Alerts don't become boring and also appear in relevant positions

Additionally hoping there would be a way to adjust the alerts box size.
