Customer would like to be able to highlight text inside EasyWorship.

You can already do this. Right-click the item (Song, Scripture or Presentation) in your schedule and click "Edit item". Select the text you want to highlight and select the font color.

No Robert, this does not currently exist in our software.

I am referring to highlighting the text as you would highlight a specific scripture in the Bible.

Currently we do have a function that allows you to change the color of text though.
