Ability to move the icons on the toolbar

It seems more logical to have the "go live" button on top of the preview window (as in EW 2009) because it is the song in preview that is supposed to "go live".

Being able to move the GOLIVE button into a different position would be nice. Like having it right at the top of the preview middle screen. Just my preference.....
