EasyWorshipHelper No Disk Error

Modified on: Tue, 27 Oct, 2020 at 11:12 AM

Issue

Error: EasyworshipHelper.exe no disk... there is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive (driveletter):

This is usually caused by having a profile that is pointed to a drive that is no longer connected to the computer.

Solution

  1. Close EasyWorshipHelper via task manager. To open Task Manager right click on the task bar and click task manager.

  2. Right-click the Windows logo Start button in the bottom left corner of your screen, and click Run, or left-click the Windows logo Start button and in the search bar type the word run and hit Enter.
  3. In the Run box that appears type in %programdata% and press enter.

  4. Double-click Softouch> EasyWorship.v6.1> Profiles
  5. Find the profile that is causing the problem and move it to the desktop or delete it.

  6. If you aren't sure which one it is, double click on each one and open it with notepad.

  7. Usually the AppInstDataDir line will have a different drive letter than C:\

  8. Close Notepad and move that file out of the folder.

  9. Re-open EasyWorship and the error should now be gone.
