Issue
If you are trying to go live to a PowerPoint in EasyWorship, and it is showing as a black screen in the Live Output window, or if you are unable to import the PowerPoints properly into EasyWorship and getting a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark, it could be caused by a couple things.
Solution
The full version of Microsoft Office is not installed, instead only Microsoft Office Desktop Apps installed
- Right-click on the Windows Logo Start button in the bottom left corner of your screen.
- At the top of the list, click on Apps and Features.
- Scroll down the list of programs and look for Microsoft Office Desktop Apps.
- Click on Microsoft Office Desktop Apps, and click Uninstall.
- Open a web browser, and go to portal.office.com, and sign in.
- You will then need to download your full version of Office that you have purchased.
- After installing Office, restart the computer, and then re-open EasyWorship and try going live to the PowerPoint again.
