Window Not Opening Or Not Displaying Properly

Issue
If any of the windows within EasyWorship are not opening or not displaying properly, then it might be due to an issue with the window settings file for EasyWorship and will need to be reset.
Solution
Windows
EasyWorship 8
Follow these steps to fix the issue:
- Make sure EasyWorship is closed.
- Hold the Windows key on your keyboard and then press the R key on your keyboard to open the Run box.
- Type in %appdata%/softouch/ and press Enter.
- In the Windows Explorer window that appears, open the EasyWorship.v8 folder, and then open the Settings folder.
- Right-click the WindowSettings.ini file and click Rename.
- Rename this file to WindowSettings1.ini and hit Enter.
- Reopen EasyWorship and see if that helped to resolve your issue.
EasyWorship 7
Follow these steps to fix the issue:
- Make sure EasyWorship is closed.
- Hold the Windows key on your keyboard and then press the R key on your keyboard to open the Run box.

- In the Windows Explorer window that appears, open the EasyWorship.v7 folder, and then open the Settings folder.
- Right-click the WindowSettings.ini file and click Rename.

Mac
Follow these steps to fix the issue:
- Make sure EasyWorship is closed.
- In the Dock, open the Finder file manager, which is represented by a blue smiley face icon.
- Click on the name of your hard drive.
- Click the Users folder, and then click the user profile folder that you are using.
- Click the Softouch folder, and then click the Easyworship.v8 folder.
- Click the Settings folder.
- Right-click the WindowSettings.ini file and click Rename.
- Rename this file to WindowSettings1.ini and hit Enter.
- Reopen EasyWorship and see if that helped to resolve your issue.
