Why can I no longer drag and drop?

What happens when you try? Do you get an error ? Does the program lock up? Does the program crash? I need more information in order to trouble shoot this issue.
It gives me the "No" symbol. The red circle with the slash in it.

The only reason I can think of is that you're trying to put images in the videos library or videos in the images library (or the incorrect file type in the wrong library). Otherwise, it should allow you to drag and drop.

As the title indicates, I can no longer drag and drop new file into the media section after updating to 7.4.
