You will need to call 918-250-1493 and select option 1 to speak with orders. We are not allowed to click on attachments such as DOC files, so I had to delete it.

HI I just renewed the subscription last Friday only to be told that it is no longer needed.
Can you cancel and refund the charge for the year please. I don't think it was even registered yet.
