Are you logging into EW 6 or 7? This will happen if you are trying to login to EW 7 or if you are running a very old build of EW 6.
If you click on HELP//ABOUT EASYWORSHIP let me know the version and build number.

When I login, it takes me to the Free Demo/Subscribe Now page, as if I am not signed in. Where is the Home screen for the presentation set up screen?
