Error message:  No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page

Same problem last I changed the laptop,  an old ticket 93129/93130
Something with the problem sorting letters in faroese alphabet 

When I enter new songs with faroese letters

My computer had a dead battery and I took it to get it replaced

But then when I booted it had the same problem
