It sounds like a system hardware issue. What is the graphics card and processor you have in your computer?
Graphics Card is Intel(R) UHD Graphics
Processor is 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13420H(12 CPUs), ~2.1GHz

That graphics card is the problem. It doesn't meet the minimum requirements for running EasyWorship. There may be some settings you can change in the Intel softare that might help it to work.

When I go live my media background file placed on the slide does not show. I am using EW 7.4.1.9.
