i tried to update credit card and now it is asking me to download new license and will not let me do anything in easy worship

Unfortunately you'll need to call and talk to the sales department at  918-250-1493 Option 1 and they are closed until 9:00 AM CDT Monday Morning. I'm not an employee, I'm just a User helping other Users when I can.
