Hi I have an issue where no video will display in any version of EasyWorship (2009, 6, 7).

So when I go to play a video, the video plays, it only shows a black screen, but there is sound. 

Because of this issue, we cannot use video backgrounds for scriptures or songs, nor play videos that we add to the schedule.

Images display fine and as intended, but any time a video is attempted to be played, only a black screen is displayed

I've tried playing both WMV and MP4 videos in EasyWorship.

When I play the videos in VLC, they come out fine, but not in EasyWorship.

Here's what the troubleshooting video codec log says:

Does anyone have any solutions to this problem?

I'm having the same issue. What do you do? I have a laptop. Just using the main output. The videos that come with EW don't work. 

Have you been able to fix that problem yet? Can you share it with me?

I use a computer with an nvidia geforce gtx 1650 graphics card, and for output I use a second monitor with a projector.

The problem is actually when the video is used as the background of each lyric or each video with mp4 format, then placed in the schedule tab then after that we save as schedule or only save as, then after that we open the easyworship file again, everything that is already in the schedule, both lyrics that use video background or mp4 video only, at the output only displays a black screen. 

and the solution that I have often used is :

1. never run the mp4 video in the schedule tab, I run it directly from the video media tab.

2. never do save as 

hopefully it can be resolved quickly

I am using the 2009 version. I have a problem, when I project a song with video mode, I can project (the video comes out) but it doesn't make the movements; it looks like an image and not a video. Any suggestions?
