“Display Issue with Background in Latest EasyWorship Version”

“Hello, I’m an EasyWorship user, and I encountered an issue during a presentation last week. I’m using the latest version of EasyWorship, but the background isn’t displaying. Are you creating the schedule on the same computer that you're presenting on? If not, make sure when you save the schedule that you're checking the box to pack the files in the scheudule. That could be a reason they wouldn't work.

Hi Technical Support Team,

We are using the latest version of EasyWorship 7. We encountered an issue during our presentation. On the computer where the schedule was created, the slides appear normal. However, when we transfer the schedule to another computer where EasyWorship was installed. The background did not display. We reimported the media, the background files, but the problem persists.


What can we check? May i request for technical assistance to help resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

When you save the schedule be sure that you have the little box checked that reads "Pack items in the  schedule" that way the videos and images are in the schedule.
