HELP! No new videos and images will download into easyworship

I can't download any new items (videos, images, audio, etc) into my library. The files will show as faded. No matter how long I wait they do not download into the library, file size and format also do not matter.

There was a known issue on our end with the Premium Media library not working properly. It has since been fixed, but may require customers to logout and log back in to refresh the premium media library.

Please follow these steps:
  1. Open EasyWorship.
  2. Click on Help, at the top, and then click on Register Products.
  3. Click on Disconnect and Deactivate this copy of EasyWorship.
  4. Then click on Login to Connect.
  5. Enter your email and password and click Login.
  6. Choose your organization, and then click Complete Login.
  7. Close this window, and then click on the Media tab at the bottom, and then click on Premium Media,
  8. The Premium Media library should load and you should now be able to download the Premium Media again.
