trouble importing powerpoint

What version of MS OFFICE do you have installed.
Does the machine meet the requirements listed below.

I am using EasyWorship7 7.4.1.9
I have a couple of PowerPoint Presentations
one will import no problem
the other one will only show as an black square under "presentations"
it is unclickable
I have tried using both PowerPoint View and full PowerPoint
both presentations will run in EasyWorship on other computers
any suggestions
