Can’t connect to remote ap

Remote is not finding a server. I’ve tried everything in the troubleshooting guide (turning off windows firewall in public and private networks, making sure we’re on the same network, remote control on ew enabled, I’m not on the guest login, etc) I’ve uninstalled and reinstallEd, rebooted, etc. I’ve tried easy worship on two different computers and I’ve tried the app on an iPad and an android. I’ve tried it on my home Wi-Fi, and with the hotspot. This is one of many problems we’ve had trying to control easy worship, and I think we’re nearing the end, but just thought I’d reach out and see if I could get some help.
